A hot cup of coffee, fresh cut flowers, a jar of jam, and the best sourdough bread you’ll ever taste. Sounds pretty amazing right? At the Vancouver Farmer’s Market, you can find all of the above (and SO much more), all while enjoying time in beautiful downtown Vancouver. Sounds like the perfect family outing to me! (I know my kids love the playground and fountain at neighboring Esther Short Park!)
The downtown market is home to a diverse group of vendors (over 250!), and is the second largest market in the state of Washington! (You can take a peek at the vendors by clicking HERE. You can also click on an individual vendor and find out the dates they are signed up to be at the market, so you’ll never miss a chance to patron your favorites!) At the market, you’ll discover fresh and local produce, flowers, plants, baked goods, delicious food, pet treats, and accessories for yourself, home, or garden. It’s always fresh, and always local.
The best news? You don’t have to wait until summer to enjoy the Vancouver Farmer’s Market! The 2018 Vancouver Farmer’s Market season runs March through October! I encourage you to go check it out and support our local businesses, vendors, and artisans. See you there!
